OK, so hi. I don’t know about you, but the first month or two after summer is always the absolute worst for getting sick and feeling crappy. Sitting in class, I can seriously WATCH people come down with colds and other sicko sicknesses that I really don’t want / have time for. There’s a ton of things that can help prevent you from catching cold & flu bugs, but I mean ultimately you’re bound to get sick once in a while ( unfortunately )… no matter how hard you try to avoid it. Hi hi! Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about fitness. I’ve fallen off like a lot, a lot ( post to come… ). I’m so not proud of this little break I’ve been on – basically a few months, UGH but I’m trying to get back on it. ASAP. Hi hi. A little post about something that I’m slowly but surely getting better at allowing myself to take time to do. Self freakin’ care people. It is one of those things that is OH so important, but sometimes hard to do. OK, so I’ve always been a Monday hater. Basically all of my life. But it really hit me in high school as to just how much I really hated Mondays. There was nothing worse than waking up at 6:00am to be to high school for classes that started at 7:45am and then to work all evening at a Chinese food restaurant, go home & do whatever homework I might have had and then wake up and do it all again the next day.
