Ah helloooo! Happy hump-day!
I spent most of yesterday trying & FAILING to upload pictures for my first TIBTours post… It is SUCH a good thing that I got a new MacBook because my old one is completely sucking and I couldn’t get it to do anything yesterday. TIBTours is COMING, I reallllly do promise, it’s just taking extra long because of my 7 year old MacBook.
Today is such a glum day – freezing ( ok, maybe not freezing but def cold. Jeans and a denim jacket and I still wished I had extra clothes on! ) & so rainy. It does not feel like it’s almost July – maybe April! The sun better start shining for day camp next week, that’s all I gotta say.
To brighten things up on this gloomy Wednesday, I’m throwing it back to this old and loved romper. I actually picked this up probably 3 years ago, back when rompers were just becoming a ‘thing’ so it’s not available still. I’m sure you can find a similar one because rompers are everywhere it seems. I LOVE the colours of this one – it’s bright and summery without being super loud and ugly ( in my opinion anyway! ha! ). It’s really lightweight and it’s cotton – so it doesn’t stick when it gets hot out, like annoying polyester rompers can tend to do. I love the back of this one too. It’s not pictured – because I’m so pale that my back was illuminated in the picture that we had taken & it was not a cute picture. But the back ties in a weird way. The strings cross and tie in a bow at the lowest part of your back, so the back is completely open except for the strings. I love open back things so much! I think that open back pieces are so interesting and definitely flattering.
I’m off to stuff my face with taco salad & go purchase some last min things for day camp… Busy weekend ahead! Daniel and I are going to go for a little stay-cation in the city! Chat soon! XO
