Hi hi! Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about fitness. I’ve fallen off like a lot, a lot ( post to come… ). I’m so not proud of this little break I’ve been on – basically a few months, UGH but I’m trying to get back on it. ASAP. OK, hi hello. Getting back into the wellness world over here. Today we’re going to talk Dr. Davis’ Wheat Belly 10-Day Detox. & it’s going to be fun. I read the Wheat Belly books cover-to-cover and my mom & I have been debating on doing the WB 10-day grain detox for a while now and we finally just did it. So basically this WB10DGD is about detoxing your body from grains – allllll of the wheat / grains / stomach-hating foods that I don’t normally eat, but over an intensive 10-day period of time. I eat gluten free, as you probably already know & it’s not by choice. Okay, so loves, have you ever caught the tea bug? I mean like when all you want to do is drink heavenly tea, whether it be a nice hot cuppa or a tumbler full of its equally delicious, icy counterpart? Can you believe that we’re one week in to June / approaching the HALF WAY POINT OF 2016?! Do you ever just sit there and think ‘where the F has time gone?’ because that’s been me since I got back from vacation.
