Happy Monday!

I hope today finds you all happy and motivated for the week ahead.

Today’s post is a little throwback to this past weekend. On Saturday I went for brunch at my grandpa’s with my brother and then Daniel and I did a TON of blog work / prep work / photo shooting / writing / etc.

I started out the day in this outfit and although I ended up in a ton more outfits during the day ( HOLY photo shooting! ), I wanted to share this outfit with you all because I think it’s perfect for these end of summer / early fall days.

All summer, I’ve been o b s e s s e d with off-the-shoulder shirts ( dresses, rompers, everything… ) and I really don’t see this obsession ending any time soon. So of course, I’m bringing this trend into fall.

This white shirt is one that I actually wore a lot this summer – it was the perfect bathing suit coverup – but it also works paired with jeans or skirts, jackets and scarves for fall.

I’m also wearing my FAVOURITE new jeans. Hollister has a new line of jeans called Advanced Stretch Jeans and seriously they are ahhh-mazing.

I love them so much.

I thought jeggings were comfy… until I tried on a pair of these. They’re so comfortable and stretchy, I bought them in two colours ( this blue wash and a light wash, too ) & I seriously want them in all of the colours that they have. I will for sure be living in these jeans all fall and winter long. >>> sidenote: they look really dark on the Hollister website, but they are definitely more blue than what it looks like on their website.

Are you guys down to bring the off-the-shoulder trend into fall with me? Or should it be left for summer only?

x julieann
